How to Improve Your Mindset About Fun

What if I told you that whether or not you’re having fun in your work and home life had nothing to do with what other people are doing, and instead had EVERYTHING to do with you?

Hear me out…don’t go just yet.

Sure, there are plenty of times in which you’ve had fun at home and work. You have the photos and souvenirs to prove it. But, at the end of the day, your sense of fun depends on how you think about it.

Now, I’m not gonna get all woo-woo on you about this (I could…but I won’t – not this time!). Instead, I want to speak to you very practically – and frankly – about why you may not be having any fun right now.

There’s a lot more to it than going out and playing games. And it all starts with your mindset about how fun fits into your life, how you share it with others, and your own belief in the experiences you pursue.

In this post I cover:

  • The mindset shifts I’ve gone through over the past year that have allowed me to seek fun and grow in ways I never thought possible.
  • The two thoughts that are holding you back and keeping you from having fun.
  • How your thoughts become the actions you take towards fulfillment and fun and why you have to work on your thoughts before you work on anything else.
  • What to think about instead so you can see more results.[Button: Join us for the follow up convo in my FREE facebook group]
